Flowers

Wallflower supplies seasonal gift bouquets within the Irish growing season and wedding florals 12 months of the year. At times it may be required to source flowers through other Irish growers or through the Dutch market in cases of low or no supply or when crops or damaged.
Our flowers are intended for decoration purposes and are strictly not for consumption unless specifically stated. We intend to make individual bouquets, that are natural in appearance. No two bouquets are the same and are subject to availability.
As our flowers are seasonal flower type, colour and variety change from week to week and our gift bouquets consist of the seasonal flowers available that week. If you have a specific colour request please notify us of same and we will do our best to accommodate same but can not guarantee such requests. Wallflower strives to work with practises that are environmentally friendly and intends to use predominately sustainable methods in the growing, arranging and wrapping process.
We intend to guarantee one week vase life but as flowers are a fresh product and vase life can be altered due to environmental factors we advise you to take notice of the ''Care instructions'' provided. All online orders for delivery require 48 hours notice to cut, arrange and deliver your product. We will deliver your flowers personally or use a courier service as required and will not notify you of our delivery method. Bouquets for collection require 24 hours notice and can be collected from our workshop at an arranged and agreed time.

Wedding terms and conditions

A guide to our wedding prices will be supplied to you prior to your booking. Exact prices depend on specific requirements and changes in price may be subject to those requests.

Once you have decided to proceed with the quotation to secure your date a 75 euro non refundable deposit is required. No booking is confirmed until the payment has been received. This deposit will be subtracted from your total and final bill. Should you need to cancel your wedding booking, you should notify us in writing as soon as possible. Wallflower is happy to accommodate  a transfer of your booking to another date subject to availability with a minimum of 2 months notice.  Cancellations after that time, within 2 months of the date of the wedding will incur a 50 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations 2 weeks prior to the wedding are required to be paid in full by the due date. All wedding consultations are by appointment only. The initial consultation is complementary . Further requests for consultations may be charged.

Postponing the wedding/function date. Should you need to postpone or change your wedding date you will need to inform us in writing. Your deposit will be transferred to this ''new date booking''. A new booking date is subject to availability and will be confirmed with you in writing. Should the date not be available and a cancellation on your behalf will occur, you will forfeit your deposit. At times when we have to source flowers through the dutch auction system prices can change. It is not always possible to predict the changes in price as the auction prices change from day to day. If you request a specific flower it is therefore possible final prices/payment due can change from your initial quote. We will however discuss this with you. When quoting far in advance due to changing auction prices, price changes may occur.

Should we need to cancel your booking. In the extreme and unlikely event that we may need to cancel your booking, or are unable to fulfil your order due to illness, injury, accident or any other personal circumstances and we are unable to find another suitable supplier, we will inform you in writing and refund to you any amount you have paid to us.

As fresh flowers and foliage are living products, there are occasions when certain varieties may be unavailable or there may be variations in colour and size. Whilst every effort is made to source flowers accordingly, sometimes we are unable to obtain a particular type of flower. All fresh flowers and foliage are subject to availability . It may be necessary to use a similar flower keeping within the agreed style. Pinterest is used as a design guideline but it is not possible or our intention to replicate bouquets from images sourced. We intend to take an individual approach to each wedding and not two bouquets are the same.

We will contact you 6 to 8 weeks prior to you wedding to discuss your booking. You must present us with a final list in writing 3 weeks prior to the wedding. Small amendments to same can be make up to two weeks before the wedding.

A minimum budget of 850 euro applies to any  wedding booking that requires set up and delivery. A bouquet only option is possible within the Irish growing season with a collection option from our workshop only.
Delivery and set up charges will apply and may vary according to travel distance, travel time and set up time occurred. If take down is required additional fees will occur accordingly and will be discussed with you.
